At Sisi Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the jewelry in its original Sisi Copenhagen box and use protective packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
